EMP365 – User Creation Guide 

To make your team members appear in EMP365, follow these steps.

1. Open Teams

2. On the left menu, click “Chat”

3. Select “Channels”

4. From the list, choose “View all teams” — it is at the very bottom

5. In the upper right corner, click “Create team”

6. Create a team named EMP365-s

7. Add users – type the name or e-mail. When all users are added, click ADD.

8. Within 10 minutes the users will appear in EMP365

There is a small syncing delay between Microsoft cloud databases.

This is normal.
